The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Raritan River at Manville.
* from this morning until this evening.
* At 3:15 AM the river level was 10.07 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
  late this morning and continue rising to near 14.5 feet this
  afternoon. The river should fall back below flood stage late
  this afternoon.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Dukes Parkway begins to flood in
  Hillsborough.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  14.5 feet on December 5, 1993.

* from this afternoon until this evening.
* At 3:30 AM the river level was 24.53 feet.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
  this afternoon, reaching 28.4 feet. The river should fall
  back below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, backyard and low areas are protected
  by levees and the flood wall. If there is a breach in the
  levees, minor flooding will occur.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  28.4 feet on March 7, 2011.
