The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* from this afternoon until further notice.
* At 3:30 AM the river level was 18.49 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
  afternoon and continue rising to near 19.9 feet on Tuesday
  morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet...Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland is subject
  to flooding. Camp Lane Road, River Edge Drive and Broadway Lane
  in Fairfield are flooded. Stewart Place is closed.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.8
  feet on January 21, 1996.
