The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Schuylkill River at Norristown.
* until late tonight or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 2:30 AM the river level was 12.76 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
  this morning and continue rising to near 14.6 feet this afternoon.
  The river should fall back below flood stage this evening.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, River Road in West Conshohocken begins
  to flood. The lower garages at the Riverview Landing and the Lofts
  at Valley Forge start to take on water. The lower section of Port
  Indain Road in West Norriton becomes impassable.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.4
  feet on March 11, 2011.

* At 2:00 AM the river level was 8.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
  this morning and continue rising to near 11.1 feet this afternoon.
  The river should fall back below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, Kelly Drive is flooded and closed between
  Hunting Park Avenue and Falls Bridge. The Flat Rock area is flooded.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.0
  feet on March 11, 2011.
