The Flood Warning continues for
  The Perkiomen Creek at Graterford.
* until this afternoon or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 2:30 AM the creek level was 10.47 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The creek is expected to rise above flood stage
  overnight, reaching 12.4 feet around daybreak. The creek should
  fall back below flood stage late this morning.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Penitentiary Bridge is closed. Flooding
  occurs in Collegeville. Houses on the right bank in Graterford
  take on water.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.4
  feet on September 15, 2003.
