The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 AM EST.

* At 1205 AM EST, up to one and a half to two inches of rain had
  already fallen in the area. While the rain was coming to an end,
  runoff from the heavy rain will continue to result in minor
  flooding overnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Bensalem, Bristol, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown, Chalfont, New
  Hope, Yardley, Newtown, Dublin, Tullytown, Ferndale and Langhorne.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
