The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 AM EST.

* At 1130 PM EST, up to one and a half to two inches of rain had
  already fallen in the area. While the rain was coming to an end,
  runoff from the heavy rain will continue to result in minor
  flooding overnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Coatesville, Downingtown, Kennett Square, Oxford, Parkesburg, West
  Grove, Honey Brook, Elverson, Homeville, Glen Roy, Cochranville,
  Pughtown, Mount Vernon, Marshallton, Lionville-Marchwood,
  Glenmoore, Chester Springs, Ladenberg and Kemblesville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
