  Northwestern Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northeastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Northeastern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Atlantic County in southern New Jersey...
  Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 545 PM EST.

* At 338 PM EST, minor flooding was still occurring in portions of
  Delaware from earlier heavy rainfall. Rainfall amounts between 1
  and 2 inches are common in the advisory area. Though the heavy
  rainfall has ended, runoff will continue to cause urban and poor
  drainage flooding for the next couple of hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Vineland, Dover, Newark, Millville, Bridgeton,
  Middletown, Elkton, Cape May, Cumberland, Pennsville, Smyrna,
  Milford, Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, Salem,
  Buena and North Wildwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
