  Northwestern Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northeastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Northeastern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Atlantic County in southern New Jersey...
  Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 345 PM EST.

* At 152 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Several reports of water
  covering the roads have been received from Kent County in
  Delaware. Up to one and a half inches of rain have fallen with
  another half to one inch possible in the next couple of hours,
  especially in southern New Jersey.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Vineland, Dover, Newark, Millville, Bridgeton,
  Middletown, Elkton, Cape May, Cumberland, Pennsville, Smyrna,
  Milford, Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, Salem,
  Buena and North Wildwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
