* Flood Warning for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 AM EDT.

* At 233 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated up to two to three inches
  of rain has fallen from earlier heavy rainfall with additional
  light to moderate rainfall occurring. Several creeks and streams
  are rising and will likely exceed their flood stage, including the
  Neshanic near Reaville and East Branch Perkiomen near Dublin among
  others.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Somerville, Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Bridgewater,
  Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln
  Park, Bound Brook, Manville, Kinnelon, Hackettstown, Chatham,
  Byram, Boonton and Butler.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
