SAFETY MESSAGE...Do not attempt to drive through flooded areas. The water may be
deeper than you think.

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* Until this evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  1:47 AM Saturday the stage was 6.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by after midnight this morning and continue
  to rise to near 8.3 feet by this morning. The river will fall below flood stage
  by this afternoon.
* Impact...At 8.0 feet...Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.3 feet on Jun 4
  2003.
