* At 140 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain that
  will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Rainfall rates of
  up to one inch of rain per are falling in some areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Trenton, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch,
  Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Somerset, Edison, Lakewood, Middletown,
  Old Bridge, Jackson, Howell, East Brunswick, South Brunswick,
  Sayreville, Mount Laurel, North Brunswick and Marlboro.
