The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern and central Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 200 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to a half inch of rain has
  already fallen.

Additional rainfall in excess of two inches is expected over the
area into this evening. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
