The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  West central Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  East central Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 615 AM EDT.

* At 212 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-
  moving thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Hackettstown, Stanhope, Netcong, Belvidere, Oxford, Hope, Great
  Meadows-Vienna, Allamuchy-Panther Valley, Budd Lake, Beatyestown,
  Succasunna-Kenvil and Beattyestown.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding. A Flash Flood Warning
may eventually be needed if these storms continue to move slowly or
additional storms redevelop over the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
