The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Southeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 155 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas
  will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Rainfall
  amounts up to three-quarters inch in less than 15 minutes have
  been reported with these storms. These storms are also moving into
  the Tinton Falls area where locally two to three inches of rain
  had fallen yesterday evening.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Long Branch, Asbury Park, Marlboro, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red
  Bank, Manasquan, Highlands, Point Pleasant Beach, Farmingdale,
  Allenwood, East Freehold, Elberon, Navesink, Collingwood Park,
  Lincroft, West Freehold, Point Pleasant, Eatontown and Freehold.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
