The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 345 AM EDT.

* At 1252 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that additional heavy rain
  due to thunderstorms will move across Sussex County overnight.
  This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.  Over one
  inch of rain has already fallen at some locations. An additional
  inch of rain is possible and it may cause flooding of roadways and
  areas of poor drainage.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Lewes, Milton, Selbyville,
  Bridgeville, Delmar, Dagsboro, Millville, Henlopen Acres, Gumboro,
  Cape Henlopen State Park, Sycamore, Long Neck, Ocean View, Blades,
  Frankford and South Bethany.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
