PHILADELPHIA AND DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 1015 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Honey Brook, Pennsylvania to near
the Conowingo Dam in Maryland. Movement was east at 40 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester,
Elkton, Calvert, Chester, Pennsville, Coatesville, Yeadon, Westtown,
Carneys Point, Downingtown, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Paulsboro
and Kennett Square.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
