MERCER...NORTHERN BURLINGTON...SOUTHERN MONMOUTH...SOUTHEASTERN
BERKS...MONTGOMERY...SOUTHERN BUCKS...NORTHEASTERN CHESTER...
PHILADELPHIA AND NORTHEASTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 652 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Richboro to Reamstown. Movement was east
at 50 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Philadelphia, Toms River, Reading, Trenton, Lakewood, Bensalem,
Jackson, Howell, Manalapan, Ewing, Norristown, Willingboro,
Pottstown, Tinton Falls, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East
Norriton, Lumberton and Florence.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 100 AM EDT for southern New
Jersey...and eastern and southeastern Pennsylvania.
