...Major winter storm is coming...

Snow will start everywhere from the Poconos through northwest New
Jersey by 9 AM. Temperatures will drop 3 degrees within 3 hours
after the snow starts in earnest. Snow will accumulate on all
surfaces! Snowfall rates of half an inch an hour are expected to
develop between 8 am and 11 am and then increase to at least an
inch hour between 4 PM and 10 PM. Travel will become quite
difficult during midday through this evening and is not
recommended.

Snow will fall light to moderately this morning across east
central and southeast Pennsylvania into a portion of northwest New
Jersey with snowfall rates of half an inch to an inch an hour.
Snow will accumulate on all surfaces. Travel will become very
difficult at times later this morning through this afternoon.

...Major winter storm developing later this morning for the
Wilmington Philadelphia New Brunswick urban corridor...

Mixed snow, sleet, rain and freezing rain will change to all snow
by 9 AM this morning throughout the Interstate 95 corridor.
Temperatures will fall to freezing or just below. Snowfall rates
of one half to 1 inch an hour will develop from about 10 AM to at
least 7 PM. Roads will become slushy and slippery during mid
morning. Travel is discouraged this afternoon throughout the
Interstate 95 corridor.
