The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 6 AM EST early this morning.
The High Wind Warning has been cancelled.
* LOCATION...The Eastern Shore of Maryland, New Castle County in
Delaware, and portions of central and southwest New Jersey.
* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* TIMING...The strongest winds have occurred. Winds will diminish
below advisory levels after daybreak but will remain breezy.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Light-weight outdoor objects
