  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At 2:15 AM, the river level was 9.07 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river level will continue rising to near 9.2 feet
  this morning. The river level should fall back below flood stage
  around midday.
