The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Southwestern Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 1245 AM EDT.

* At 852 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers heavy rain with
  rainfall rates of up to one inch per hour. These showers are
  moving fairly slowly and are training over each other, and that
  will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will
  result in minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Cape May, North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, West Cape May, Stone
  Harbor, Scotch Bonnet, Diamond Beach, Green Creek, Rio Grande,
  North Cape May, Cape May Court House, Villas, West Wildwood, Erma
  and Whitesboro-Burleigh.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
