...FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS EXPIRED...

The Flash Flood Watch has been allowed to expire as rain
continues to taper off from north to south and no additional flash
flooding is expected. However areas of standing water with
lingering flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas continues
in spots due to the heavy rainfall that fell overnight.
