The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Southern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 945 AM EDT Monday.

* At 322 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that two to four inches of rain fell across the warned area. The
  heaviest rain has moved south of the region, but flooding is
  ongoing. Flash Flood Warnings for parts of Berks, Montgomery, and
  Chester counties remain in effect as well.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, West Norriton, Wyomissing,
  Birdsboro, Collegeville, Royersford, Sinking Spring, Laureldale,
  Trappe, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Elverson, Bernville,
  New Morgan, Pughtown, Spring Ridge and Valley Forge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
