...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM EDT FOR SOUTHERN
BERKS...SOUTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY AND NORTHEASTERN CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 318 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
flooding across the warned area. Two to four inches of rain fell
across the warned area, and flooding is ongoing. In addition, parts
of Berks, Mongomery, and Chester counties remain under a Flash Flood
Warning.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, West Norriton, Wyomissing,
Birdsboro, Collegeville, Royersford, Sinking Spring, Laureldale,
Trappe, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Elverson, Bernville,
New Morgan, Pughtown, Spring Ridge and Valley Forge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
