The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  West central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  One to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, West Norriton, Wyomissing,
  Birdsboro, Collegeville, Royersford, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking
  Spring, Laureldale, Trappe, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown,
  Leesport, Adamstown, Schwenksville and Shoemakersville.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area
though the heaviest of this rain will likely occur just to the
northeast of where it had already fallen. This additional rain will
result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize how
deep the water is.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
