  Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 130 AM EDT.

* At 1120 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms in parts of southeastern Pennsylvania, northern
  Delaware and extreme northeastern Maryland. Up to one inch of rain
  has already fallen in spots.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Elkton,
  Chester, Coatesville, Yeadon, Westtown, Downingtown, Conshohocken,
  Folcroft, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square and New Castle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
