The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 213 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-
  moving thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the
  advisory area. One to two inches of rain have already fallen in
  southern portions of Chester County in the past hour. These
  thunderstorms are drifting southward into Cecil County.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Calvert, Oxford, West Grove, Rising Sun, Glen Roy, Zion, Blake,
  Lombard, Richardsmere, Woodlawn, Andora, West Nottingham, Octoraro,
  Pleasant Hill, Mount Vernon, Conowingo, Ladenberg, Rock Springs,
  Kemblesville and Fair Hill.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
