...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM EDT FOR WESTERN
SUSSEX...SOUTHWESTERN KENT AND EASTERN CAROLINE COUNTIES...

At 1223 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the thunderstorms producing
heavy rain had left the advisory area. However, runoff from the
earlier storms will be slow to recede and will cause minor flooding
in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Seaford, Laurel, Harrington, Federalsburg, Bridgeville, Delmar,
Goldsboro, Viola, Smithville, Agner, Sycamore, Sandtown,
Andrewsville, Felton, Blades, Greenwood, Houston, Bethel, Farmington
and Riverview.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
