At 1158 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Dover, moving
north at 40 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Smyrna, Salem, Alloway, Camden, Clayton, Quinton, Delaware
City, Cheswold, Greenwich, Rising Sun-Lebanon, Woodland Beach,
Hancocks Bridge, Newport Meadows, Port Penn, Dover Base Housing,
Dover Speedway, Rising Sun, Hope Creek and Wyoming.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
