The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until noon EDT.

* At 755 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in
  northern Sussex County that will cause minor flooding. Up to three
  inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Dover, Hopatcong, Kinnelon, Boonton,
  Butler, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington,
  Franklin, Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Sussex,
  Victory Gardens and Branchville.

Additional rainfall of one inch is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
