deeper than you think.

* Flood Warning for
  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* until this afternoon...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 11:46 PM Sunday the stage was 6.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by after midnight this morning and continue
  to rise to near 8.1 feet by early this morning.the river will fall below flood
  stage by late this morning.
* Impact...At 8.0 feet...Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.2 feet on Jun 11
  2018.
