* At 1117 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  One to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Mount Pocono, Tobyhanna, Palmerton, Brodheadsville, Kunkletown,
  Pocono Pines, Gilbert, Pocono Raceway, Lake Harmony, Tannersville,
