...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 100 AM EDT FOR
BERKS AND NORTH CENTRAL CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 934 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
producing very heavy rain continues to move cross the warned area. A
quick 1 to 2 inches of rain can fall, resulting in flash flooding.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking
Spring, Laureldale, Wernersville, Topton, Leesport, Shoemakersville,
Elverson, Bernville, Lyons, Lenhartsville, New Morgan, Spring Ridge,
Fairview Hgts and Shillington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
