...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN CECIL AND SOUTHWESTERN CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 833 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
with very heavy rainfall moving across the warned area. Up to one
inch of rain has already fallen in some areas. In addition, Big Elk
Creek in Elk Mills located in Cecil County Maryland is above flood
stage.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West
Grove, Charlestown, Homeville, Zion, Blake, Barksdale, Cochranville,
Fair Hill, Glen Westover, Bay View, Lombard, Andora, Pleasant Hill
and Cherry Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
