The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 817 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to one inch of
  rain has already fallen in some areas, and this is on top of the 1
  to 2 inches that fell earlier.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West
  Grove, Charlestown, Homeville, Zion, Blake, Barksdale,
  Cochranville, Fair Hill, Glen Westover, Bay View, Lombard, Andora,
  Pleasant Hill and Cherry Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
