The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Atlantic County in southern New Jersey...
  Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Northern Cape May County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 1257 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms.  Up to one inch of rain has fallen with these
  storms in a short amount of time. Heavy rain also occurred this
  morning. The combination of this heavy rainfall will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Atlantic City, Ocean City, Lakewood, Barnegat,
  Pleasantville, Beachwood, Somers Point, Ventnor City, Brigantine,
  Northfield, Absecon, Margate City, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach,
  Egg Harbor City, Tuckerton, Seaside Heights, Woodbine and Sea Isle
  City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
