...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT OCEAN...EAST CENTRAL
BURLINGTON AND SOUTHEASTERN MONMOUTH COUNTIES...

At 738 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Allenwood to Holiday City South to near
Penn State Forest. Movement was east at 20 mph.

Winds up to 35 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Toms River, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Jackson, Howell, Barnegat, Tinton
Falls, Beachwood, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach, Seaside Heights,
Lakehurst, Farmingdale, Mantoloking, Allenwood, Collingwood Park,
Whiting, Brookville, Pine Ridge At Crestwood and Leisure Village
West-Pine Lake Park.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
