...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CHESTER COUNTY...

At 632 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Chester
Springs, or 9 miles north of West Chester. The storm is nearly
stationary.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Phoenixville, Coatesville, Downingtown, Royersford, Parkesburg, Honey
Brook, Elverson, Pughtown, Lionville-Marchwood, Glenmoore, Paoli,
Chester Springs, Lionville, Cedarville, Stowe, Spring City, Malvern,
South Coatesville, Modena and South Pottstown.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
