At 617 PM EST, water remains ponded in low lying areas. The flood
advisory therefore continues until the water has time to recede.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
