...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM EST FOR
SOUTHWESTERN NEW CASTLE...KENT AND SOUTHEASTERN CECIL COUNTIES...

At 610 PM EST, National Weather Service Doppler radar indicted heavy
rain has moved out of the area. However, water remains high in some
locations from heavy rain earlier today. The flooe advisory
therefore remains in effect until this water recedes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
