...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation occurring. Additional snow
  accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, with localized amounts up to 6
  inches in the higher terrain of the southern Poconos, and ice
  accumulations of a light glaze are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Snow has begun across the advisory area. Snow may mix
  with freezing rain or sleet in the Poconos before ending late
  this evening. Snow will likely change to freezing rain and sleet
  by mid afternoon in the Lehigh Valley before transitioning to
  rain by this evening. All precipitation should end by around 10
  pm.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Be
  prepared for reduced visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling
