* At 256 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain was
  falling across portions of the advised area. Up to two inches of
  rain have already fallen today. Additional rain is expected the
  next few hours. As a result, poor drainage and low lying flooding
  can be expected through the evening commute.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Dover, Millville, Bridgeton, Middletown, Gloucester City,
  Centerville, Cherry Hill, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Deptford,
  Voorhees, Medford, Glassboro, Lindenwold, Hammonton, Lumberton,
  Bellmawr, Woodbury and Smyrna.
