* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Eastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 400 PM EST.

* At 1159 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated up to three inches of rain
  have already fallen across the advised area. As a result, local
  authorities are reporting flooding on a few roads.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Lakewood,
  Middletown, Howell, Barnegat, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank,
  Beachwood, Keansburg, Manasquan, Highlands, Point Pleasant Beach,
  Seaside Heights, Lakehurst, Farmingdale and Mantoloking.
