The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 400 PM EST.

* At 1145 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated the moderate to heavy
  rain was moving out of the region. A widespread one to two inches
  fell across the warned area. As a result, creeks, streams, and
  rivers are running high. It will take some time for the water to
  drain. The Neshanic Creek remains high although water levels are
  starting to drop. Water levels are rising on the Raritan River and
  it's branches. The North Branch Raritan in South Branch is above
  flood stage. The heaviest rain that fell within the warning was in
  Morris county. As a result, the Whippany River is also running
  high. Low-lying and poor drainage flooding will persist into the
  afternoon as well. If barricades have been put in place, do not go
  around them. Turn around.
