The Flood Warning continues for
  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* From this afternoon to Sunday morning...or until the warning
  is cancelled.
* At 10:15 AM Friday the stage was 6.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late this afternoon and
  continue to rise to near 10.9 feet by tomorrow morning. The
  river will fall below flood stage by early Sunday morning.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...The D&R Canal is flooded by the
  Millstone River.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.0
  feet on Jun 5 2003.
