The Flood Warning continues for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At  5:15 AM Saturday the stage was 19.4 feet. The river has crested and is
  falling. However, additional rises are possible tomorrow with the rain expected
  tonight.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet...Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject to flooding and
  closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.4 feet on Jun 6
  2003.
