still saturated from heavy rain last week.

There is a chance for a brief period of freezing rain later this
afternoon for elevations above 1000 ft in the southern Poconos and
far Northwest New Jersey before the precipitation changes over to all
rain by this evening.
The rain could be heavy at times leading to flooding along small
streams and in poor drainage areas, especially in locations where the
ground is still saturated from heavy rain last week.
