The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 200 PM EDT.

* At 1055 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated one to two inches of rain
  has fallen in eastern Kent County during the past hour. With
  additional rain on the way, street flooding and poor drainage
  flooding can be expected.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Smyrna, Harrington, Camden, Clayton, Cheswold, Bowers,
  Woodside, Viola, Rising Sun-Lebanon, Woodland Beach, Hazlettville,
  Dover Base Housing, Dover Speedway, Rising Sun, Wyoming, Felton,
  Frederica, Magnolia and Little Creek.
