  Central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 115 PM EDT.

* At 1013 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain in western
  Chester County capable of producing minor flooding in the area.
  Roadway and poor drainage flooding is expected.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Coatesville, Downingtown, Parkesburg, Honey Brook, Elverson,
  Cochranville, Glenmoore, Chester Springs, Lionville,
  Lionville-Marchwood, Atglen, South Coatesville, Christiana, Modena,
  Thorndale and Exton.
