[MTHOLLYSVRWX] List Product Change

Hello all, 

Since there are times when the LSR product (Local Storm Report) is issued 
very frequently by NWS, creating a large amount of traffic to this list, 
the LSR product will no longer be sent to this list. If you would like to 
still see the LSRs issued by Mount Holly, please subscribe to the list 
philsr at groups.io.
